Mas Group Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Mas Group Africa, dedicated to making a positive impact in communities across Africa. With a steadfast commitment to social responsibility and sustainable development, our foundation strives to empower individuals, uplift communities, and catalyze positive change.

Mission and Vision

At Mas Group Foundation, our mission is to create lasting social impact by addressing critical societal challenges and promoting sustainable development initiatives. We envision a future where all individuals have access to education, healthcare, and economic opportunities, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Key Focus Areas

Our foundation focuses on several key areas to maximize our impact and reach. These include:

1. Education: We believe that education is the cornerstone of personal and societal advancement. Through scholarships, educational programs, and infrastructure support, we strive to improve access to quality education for underserved communities. Over 50 primary-level scholarships are given every year.
2. Healthcare: Mas Group Foundation is committed to improving healthcare outcomes and promoting wellness initiatives. We support healthcare facilities, medical research, and community health programs to ensure that individuals have access to essential healthcare services.
3. Economic Empowerment: We empower individuals and communities by providing economic opportunities, skills training, and entrepreneurship support. By fostering economic independence, we aim to break the cycle of poverty and promote sustainable livelihoods.
4. Environmental Sustainability: Mas Group Foundation recognizes the importance of environmental conservation and sustainability. We support initiatives aimed at protecting natural resources, promoting renewable energy, and mitigating the impacts of climate change.
5. Sports: We understand the power of sports, particularly football, as a unifying force that transcends barriers and inspires individuals. Mas Group Foundation supports sports programs, infrastructure development, and talent identification initiatives to promote physical activity, teamwork, and social cohesion within communities. Mas Group Africa currently supports 3 Alumni Leagues and 10 teams in Uganda.
